Steel stairs, such as the example here, can be found in almost any industrial setting. These particular stairs feature elements that make them a cost effective alternative to other pre-fabricated products.
We fabricated the tubing for these stairs utilizing continuous bends, which eliminates the need for special fittings and requires fewer welds. Our pipe bending equipment can also hydraulically cope and notch, decreasing fabrication time and cost. This precision metal fabrication project also required sawing, drilling, and MIG welding of carbon steel and carbon steel diamond plate. Our skilled fabricators maintained tolerances of 1/8″ throughout this project. The finished stairs were primed, painted, and shipped to the customer.
